Employee Engagement and Company Culture

Our employee-to-manager relationship is based on an open-door communication where employees can talk with any manager at any time. Each facility has an on-site culture team who voluntarily come together to conduct events and activities that strengthen and enhance the culture at each location.

Recognition and celebration of our diverse workforce is an essential part of our CSR initiatives. The site culture teams meet monthly to exchange ideas and share resources to heighten the effectiveness of our positive company culture. PHOENIX spotlights a different employee every month in an online feature called “Getting to Know our PHOENIX Phamily” that is designed to share personal stories and celebrate the diversity in our workforce. The employees chosen for these articles are nominated by fellow coworkers and randomly selected from a compiled list.

The health and wellness of all employees is essential to being successful both in and out of the workplace. Certain PHOENIX locations offer on-site fitness centers, wellness rooms, and private lactation rooms for nursing mothers. Employees who participate in medical insurance coverage are also eligible to apply for reduced gym membership fees. Each PHOENIX facility manages a discretionary budget to organize local activities benefiting employee health, social well-being, and community involvement.
